Full symposium and workshops/special-sessions registration includes attendance in all sessions of the event, symposium proceedings, the symposium banquet&excursion, and coffee breaks. Extra-Page Charge Authors of papers with more than 8 pages are required to pay an "Extra-Page Charge" for each additional page. It is to be paid with your symposium/workshop registration. The Extra-Page Charge is 5,000 Yen per page. Extra pages are limited to 2 per paper. Visa Application IMPORTANT: Please do not forget to check whether you need a visa to enter Japan. A visa is required to enter Japan for several nationalities. Please check with your local Japanese embassy/consulate whether this applies to you. In case a visa is required, please apply as soon as possible, as obtaining the visa may take several weeks. Click on the nationality of the visa applicant who will travel to MCSoC-12 in Japan:
