Registrants are urged to register before August 25, 2013 (AoE) to obtain the early-bird registration fee and asked to apply
using the online registration. The deadline for online registration is September 19 (AoE). Any registration forms received
by our office after this date will not be processed until you arrive at MCSoC-13.
* Presenters are required to register by July 12, 2013 (AoE).
Both your registration and the payment must be confirmed at the Registration Office prior to deadline.
* “Member” and “Student Member” registration can be applied to the members of IEEE, IEICE CPSY, DC, or IPSJ
SIGEMB, and they are required to fill in their membership numbers.
** Those who register as Student are required to present their student ID at the Registration Desk on-site.
Note: Registration fee includes all Sessions, Symposium Materials, Reception, Coffee Breaks, and Banquet.

From September 20 (AoE), on-site Registration will be available at the registration desk during the period of MCSoC-13.

* For on-site registration, payment will be accepted by cash only.
Upon receiving the registration and confirming the payment, the Registration Office will send you a Confirmation e-mail,
bearing your registration number. Please print out and present the confirmation to the registration desk at the
symposium site to receive the symposium materials. If you need an invoice for the payment, please inquire to the
Registration Office: email@example.com
If you cancel your participation in the symposium, please be sure to notify the Registration Office by e-mail or fax
immediately. The following cancellation fee will apply, based on the date when the office receives notification of
cancellation. All refunds will be made after the symposium. (We will make a deduction of bank transfer fee from the
amount to be paid back.)
*Cancellation made by presenters will NOT be accepted.
When written notice of cancellation received:
Until August 25 (AoE): 50% of the registration fee plus bank handling charge
From August 26 (AoE): 100% of the registration fee (No refund)

whether this applies to you. In case a visa is required, please apply as soon as possible, as obtaining the visa may
